A continuación hacemos un análisis de casi 7.000 restaurantes de Madrid, analizando más de 3 millones de reseñas de Google maps de 196 categorías distintas.

**Análisis por categoría**

Comenzamos con un repaso por las diferentes categorías. En Madrid, existen un total de 196 categorías diferentes. La categoría “Restaurante”, a secas, representa el 27% del total de los restaurantes. La siguiente categoría más repetida es “Bar de tapas” con un 8% seguida por “Pizzería” con su 5% de la tarta.

**Qué valoraciones tienen los restaurantes de la capital:**

**Análisis de reseñas**

En cuanto a valoración, Google maps mide la puntuación de 0 a 5 estrellas.

De los casi 7000 restaurantes analizados, la valoración media de todos los restaurantes está por encima de 4/5, siendo un 4.09 la cifra media en general. La puntuación que más se repite es un 4.3 ⭐ con 730 restaurantes.

Por lo tanto, si su restaurante tiene más de 4.8 estrellas, enhorabuena, porque se encuentra en el top 5% de los restaurantes mejor valorados de la capital. Si tiene más de 4.4 estrellas está dentro del 25% mejor valorado.

Compartimos el número medio de reseñas por categoría y la puntuación media de las 15 principales categorías.

**Análisis por código postal**: 

Continuamos para identificar la zona que más restaurantes tiene mejor valorados. Hemos segmentado Madrid por códigos postales y concluimos que la zona donde más restaurantes hay con mejor puntuación es el Código Postal 28004 con un total de 495 restaurantes y una valoración media de 4.2, seguido de 28013 con un 342 restaurantes y un 4.1 de media.

En el podium tenemos a 28004 y 28013. A continuación compartimos el top 10 zonas con más restaurantes por metro cuadrado.

Repasamos cómo mejorar el posicionamiento de su negocio para que se encuentre entre los primeros resultados tras una búsqueda.

**Por qué es importante estar en Google maps:** 

Aparecer en Google maps es sinónimo de:

1.  Mejor posicionamiento

2.  Mayor visibilidad 

3.  Más clientes.

**Cómo mejorar tu posicionamiento en el buscador: (en 10 pasos)**

*   Para aparecer en Google maps lo primero es crear una cuenta de empresa en gmail para acceder al entorno “Google my business”. 



*   Es esencial completar los campos básicos de país, dirección, zonas de servicio (código postal/municipios…), población y provincia, añadir información de contacto, material audiovisual como fotos , descripción del negocio y seleccionar una categoría. 



*   Como título, recomendamos poner el nombre del establecimiento y una  palabra clave que lo defina



*   Escoger las categorías más concretas para tener menos competencia. Pero usa todas aquellas relevantes. Consejo: En inglés existen más opciones a elegir para “Categoría” y así aumentar la relevancia semántica.



*   Asegurarse de que la dirección y ubicación son correctas y están verificadas, porque Google muestra resultados según la proximidad. Además, añade un mapa de Google con la ubicación de tu negocio en la página web oficial de tu negocio.



*   En la descripción del negocio, utilizar palabras clave relevantes para tu negocio para que te ayuden a mejorar el posicionamiento SEO local, teniendo en cuenta cuáles son los términos por los que quieres que los clientes te encuentren. ¡OJO! Cuidado con el “Keyword stuffing” que tiene penalización.



*   El número de reseñas es un factor clave para posicionarte entre los primeros resultados. Anima a los usuarios satisfechos a escribir valoraciones. Nunca obligues a que las escriban. Los incentivos pueden ser descuentos en la próxima visita, sorteos entre los que escriban valoraciones ese mes, pedirlo por redes sociales, mandar un correo después de la visita solicitando una reseña, pegatina en el establecimiento con un código QR redirigiendo a la página de reseñas… ¿Como? Busca tu ID en este [link](https://developers.google.com/places/web-service/place-id) . Una vez encontrado, crea un enlace añadiendo ese ID después del “=” del link a continuación para dirigir a tus clientes a tu página de reseñas: *https://search.google.com/local/writereview?placeid=*



*   No borrar las reseñas negativas, sino responder con profesionalidad para crear confianza. Las reseñas positivas aumentan la presencia y credibilidad. Hay que tener en cuenta que Google prioriza una reseña de un autor con antigüedad y activo a una de un perfil nuevo y dudoso.



*   Añadir contenido audiovisual: Añade fotos de gran calidad. La herramienta también favorece el uso de las vistas virtuales 360º. Se pueden crear mediante la aplicación Google street view. Admite imágenes con un peso máximo de 75 MB.



*   La antigüedad también influye en el ranking.



*   Subir contenido habitualmente a “Google my business” como eventos u ofertas aumenta la visibilidad. Sobre todo la interacción de los usuarios con esa información. 



*   También ayuda optimizar tu página web, la autoridad del dominio,

Consejos para mejorar el posicionamiento en Google maps

Qué pasa cuando analizamos más de 3,000,000 de reseñas de Google maps

El ecosistema startup español está en pleno crecimiento. Desde que en 2011, Cabify se convirtiese en el primer unicornio español, el ecosistema emprendedor en España no ha dejado de sumar compañías a este selecto club. Le siguió Glovo, que ha sido recientemente adquirida por Delivery Hero y el 2022 resulta prometedor.

En lo poco que llevamos de año, 4 compañías han superado el umbral de 1 billón de dólares americanos de valoración. Entrando en este club de unicornios están: La plataforma especializada en viajes corporativos TravelPerk; la plataforma de descubrimiento y marketplace de experiencias de ocio Fever, la empresa de paquetería Paack y la comunidad de aprendizaje con profesionales creativos Domestika. 

Este éxito del ecosistema de startup español nos ha llevado desde LimonData a plantearnos la siguiente pregunta: **¿Quiénes son realmente esos CEOs que levantan capital en España?**

Para medir y entender el perfil de los directivos de estas empresas, hemos identificado un total de en torno a unas 700 startups españolas con rondas de capital superiores a 400.000 euros en los últimos 3 años (2019-2022) a través de la base de datos de [Crunchbase](https://www.crunchbase.com/). Todas estas rondas de financiación, suman un total de más de 5.000 millones de euros.

Para nuestro estudio, tras identificar las empresas con una financiación superior a 400.000 euros, analizamos una muestra de 400 perfiles de los directores ejecutivos de estas empresas. Hemos recogido datos públicos de la red social LinkedIn para intentar identificar tendencias. Entre las numerosas características de los perfiles, hemos escogido el género, la universidad en los casos donde aplica, el año de finalización de estudios y su ubicación o residencia como criterios para visualizar y resumir los datos con el objetivo de elaborar estadísticas y conocer mejor al emprendedor español.

Tras analizar los datos recogidos, podemos desde LimonData contestar a cómo es el emprendedor que levanta capital en España.

  

### 1. Género

 

Para iniciar el análisis segmentamos la base de datos por género, observamos que existe mucha menor proporción de mujeres que de hombres liderando rondas de capital en España, tendencia que va disminuyendo. En 2021 la presencia de las mujeres en esta actividad representó un 13% y en lo que llevamos de 2022 un 14% del total de las rondas celebradas, por lo que la evolución de la diversidad de género está ocurriendo de manera natural.

### **2. Capital levantado**

 

Con respecto al volumen de capital levantado por año, se aprecia un mayor apetito inversor año a año, creciendo el volumen total de financiación del 2019 a 2022.

Es importante mencionar que no hay una diferencia significativa entre géneros, la mediana es congruente en ambos sexos para cada año. Sobre el total del periodo, la mediana de capital levantado por mujeres y hombres es de 2.0M€ y 2.1M€ respectivamente.

Observamos paridad en la repartición de rondas, no encontramos diferencias significativas con respecto al capital levantado por género. ### **3. Experiencia Profesional**

En la siguiente tabla queríamos medir la experiencia profesional de los CEOs que reciben financiación, tomando como referencia el año en el que finalizaron sus estudios. La repartición de CEOs hombre/ mujer por experiencia profesional es muy similar. Cabe destacar que, como evolución a lo largo de éstas últimas décadas, las nuevas generaciones de mujeres están tomando más fuerza a la hora de emprender y levantar capital. Las promociones que más representación tienen en el ecosistema español actualmente son los hombres que finalizaron sus estudios entre el 2006 y 2010 y las mujeres que los terminaron entre 2016 y 2020. 

En nuestra muestra, las mujeres CEO indican en sus perfiles de Linkedin 11 años de experiencia profesional de media, frente a los 13 años que presentan los hombres.

A continuación, analizamos la relación entre la experiencia profesional total de los emprendedores y el capital total levantado, para, de esta manera, comprobar si a mayor experiencia en el mundo laboral, mayor sería el capital levantado. Es cierto que grupos con más experiencia, como por ejemplo, CEOs que habiendo terminado sus estudios antes de 1990 presentan startups con capital significativamente superior (3M de mediana), no está vinculado, pues otros grupos también presentan perfiles de empresa con mucho capital sin correlación directa con la experiencia del fundador, como las promociones que finalizaron entre 2006 y  2010.

### **4. Ubicación**

En cuanto a ubicación geográfica, Barcelona y Madrid se mantienen a la cabeza de la inversión en el ecosistema startup español. En ambos hubs se levantan cantidades similares, en línea con la media nacional. Algunos CEOs residentes en el extranjero, al tener la compañía relación con España también eligieron este ecosistema para levantar capital o establecer la compañía. Como era de esperar, los CEOs ubicados en el extranjero levantan más capital de media, lo que sugiere que el acceso al capital extranjero les puede conferir una ventaja versus emprendedores ubicados  en España.

Las nuevas iniciativas empresariales son claves en la atracción y creación de talento además de atraer más inversión extranjera. En línea con la tendencia actual, se consolidan también Valencia y el País Vasco como hubs de innovación.

### **5. Educación**

La educación de una gran parte de los emprendedores que han levantado capital en España, se aglutina en torno a 4 universidades. En total más de 1 de cada 5 CEOs de startup española se ha formado en una de las cuatro universidades a que mencionamos a continuación: IESE Business School, ESADE, IE Business School y la Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. Existen universidades que cuentan con una representación de mujeres CEOS de hasta 3 veces superior a la media nacional (Complutense de Madrid), mientras que por el contrario, algunas universidades destacan por tener una representación muy por debajo de la media nacional, como la Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.

Como conclusión, al típico emprendedor español actualmente se le puede encontrar si se busca a un hombre que terminó sus estudios entre 2006 y 2020 en ESADE o IESE que actualmente vive en Barcelona o Madrid.

El ecosistema español parece falto de diversidad, aún así, es importante mencionar la creciente presencia de las mujeres en el ecosistema y el desarrollo empresarial fuera de los grandes hubs tradicionales de startups.


¿Quiénes son realmente esos CEOs que levantan capital en España?

Hoy desde LimonData queremos contestar a la pregunta: **¿Dónde es más barato comprar gafas de sol online?**

Este estudio demuestra la gran disparidad de precios para una misma referencia en función de su punto de venta. ¿En qué pagina web es más barato comprar gafas de sol?

En este estudio, analizamos **una muestra de 4.354 ópticas españolas\*** (aproximadamente el 50% de las ópticas de España) con espacio de venta físico y unas 77.739 reseñas recogidas en la plataforma de Google Maps.

Nuestra base de datos nos permite entender la estructura del sector y su consolidación:

El 53% de las tiendas no pertenecen a ningún grupo mientras que el 27% de las tiendas (más de 1 de cada 4 en la muestra de 4.354 tiendas analizadas) pertenece a un grupo de más de 50 tiendas.

Las 10 principales destacadas en nuestro informe son la siguientes:

Si estas tiendas representan juntas el 30% de las tiendas, representan el 44% del total de las reseñas. Se puede explicar en parte por el tipo de clientela, más predispuesta a escribir reseñas en Google Maps. También se puede interpretar como el resultado de que capturen una cuota de mercado más importante en términos de cifra de negocio, proporcionalmente al número de sus tiendas.

Nuestros datos también dan indicación sobre la percepción de la calidad de la atención ofrecida por tipo de Óptica:

Vemos una tendencia clara que cuanto más grande es la cadena, menos calidad perciben los clientes. Cuando las tiendas individuales tienen una puntuación de de 4.7, las tiendas de grandes cadenas solo tienen una puntuación de 4.3 lo que significa una diferencia importante en la distribución de reseñas de Google Maps.

Si analizamos la información de satisfacción a nivel de marcas, esto sería nuestro top 20 dentro de las marcas de más de 10 tiendas (excluyendo marcas con menos de 100 reseñas):

En esta tabla vemos también que algunas cadenas tienen valoraciones muy distintas dentro de su portfolio de tiendas, con diferencia de hasta 2.5 puntos con una valoración mínima de 2.9 y de hasta 4.5 para las mejores tiendas de la misma cadena (multiopticas.com).

A nivel geográfico, las ciudades más representadas en nuestra muestra son Madrid con 168 ópticas, seguida por Barcelona con 96 ópticas y Valencia con 75 ópticas:

Hay más de 3 millones de reseñas en Google maps con respecto a restaurantes en Madrid. Desde LimonData, analizamos estas reseñas con el objetivo de descubrir los restaurantes preferidos de los usuarios de Google. 

Para este análisis, se ha decidido seleccionar los restaurantes con un mínimo de 50 reseñas.

Todo cabe en este universo culinario y todos tienen un denominador común. Servicio y Calidad. Céntricos y con vistas al skyline, dentro de un mercado de barrio, de cocina fusión o de cocina más clásica, así son los restaurantes mejor valorados de Madrid.
